Originally from Santa Barbara California, Sky's schooling and career allowed her to live in many unique places around the world including Switzerland, London, NYC, Beirut, Dubai, Los Angeles, and now San Diego. This international lifestyle has given her a profound understanding of diverse cultures with rich histories and a holistic perspective on health and well-being. Sky’s methods are inspired by a deep understanding of world cultures, religions and global philosophies, seamlessly integrating ancient practices with cutting-edge modern science.

Sky’s personal battles with bulimia, anorexia, and addiction exposed her to the inadequacies of contemporary treatment models. This led her to the relentless pursuit of knowledge and the discovery of the "pizza, pop tarts, and prozac model" flaws, which often further entrap individuals rather than help them. Through self-experimentation, continuous education and practical application working within the conventional treatment system throughout San Diego, Sky has worked with hundreds of individuals honing and developing her methodology both personally and professionally, and become a sought after teacher and coach in the local recovery space.
